As Dr. Pinero has asked me to do, I am committing to paper the experience of the past year with my "ordeal" with my teeth, which I will be sending shortly. I say ordeal as you know more that anyone else in this world what this has been like for me and the depth of my and your will to make this a success.....

But for now, I wanted to do something that might express the profound appreciation that you have created in me, one of your customers, for your professional, caring, personal, effective, service. I hope that you accept the basket along with my personal and professional observation that your customer service is without a doubt the best that I have ever experienced in my life. I have attended many seminars and listened to many speakers about customer service as a wonderful thing. I have experienced it the past year from you and I will forever carry with me in my future dealing both as a server and customer the standard which you have created.
